Vipasana

Vipasana and Homeopathy is the bringing together of the Homeopathic Colour Remedies and the mindfulness breathing of yoga in the tradition of Anapanasati. These sessions held on a Tuesday evening at 8pm for one hour(term time) is about exploring our self limitations in terms of the physical, emotional and spiritual suffering in our daily life. We can transform old patterns of behaviour into a positive realm. Thereby, we can understand ourselves with compassion. 

Remember when the first case of Covid-19 pandemic was reported from China in December 2019. Then, we went into periodic lock downs, March 2020 until late June, then October 2020 until December 2020 and then testing and quarantine rules for February until December 2021. It was not until May 2023 when it was announced that Covid 19 was no longer a public health concern.

During this time I set up the Zoom Group for Meditation and Breath work. I saw the need for people to connect with each other and I needed to connect with them. I feel that we all meet obstacles in our lives. During these times we are vulnerable and loose energy. Through Breath Work and Meditation we can build our energy up again, make sense of the obstacle and form a healthy plan for ourselves.
