L. R. came to see me. She is 24 years old and is in college. She has come to me because of painful periods and sinus headaches.

Anamnesis
L.R. has an older sister. There are blood sugar issues on her mother's family history and blood issues on the father's family history.
Findings at First Visit
Character
'Untidy person really, my sister gets on my nerves, and I blow out on her'
'Waking in the middle of the night, can't get off to sleep. Having vivid dreams, entertaining ones really.'
'Chilly person, cold hands and feet particularly'.
Mense
'Painful periods to the point of fainting on the first day of the period. The menses is heavy for 2 days'.
'Pain inside feels like a vacuum, sealed, stabbing, electrical'
'Lower left side over the ovary, Worse for standing /walking long periods'
'Last month it was on the right, something felt like bursting and now this month it is on the left.'
Dull lower pain(Ultrasound is clear)
Urine
'Heavy urine, had antibiotics to clear it.'

'Can't stretch my lungs since Covid, shortness of breath
Stand up in the room when feeling bloated'.
